Had a rocky start as we had booked and paid for a lodge-based tour but as we were setting out realised Kumuka had changed it to camping with shared facilities. I rang James and Thor Travel who immediately got in touch with Kumuka and the mistake was rectified immediately. We were subsequently booked in to excellent accommodation with the minimum of fuss and Chameleon Tours which were handling our tour reacted with speed and efficiency to ensure a wonderful journey for us. Grootberg Lodge, Onguma, and Okinjima Lodge/Africat Foundation in particular were particularly outstanding and we would have loved to have been able to stay there for a longer period of time. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would book with your company again.
We returned yesterday from our trip to Namibia and thought I would let you know that it was perfect. Chameleon combine efficiency and style with a sense of fun. Our guide was wonderful and the accomodation and transport were of a high standard. I would recommend this combination to any one with time constraints. Cleo is already planning her next visit!
